The Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 women’s final between defending champions Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers and Sobisco Smashers Malda got underway at the iconic Eden Gardens on Saturday.
CAB President Snehasish Ganguly, CAB Hony Secretary Naresh Ojha along with former women’s cricketers, top CAB officials and members were present as the women’s summit clash began with the national anthem being sung.
Sobisco Smashers Malda won the toss and elected to ball.
