Bengal extend lead to 158 against Goa in Cooch Behar Trophy

Chandrahas Dash scored a fine 65 as Bengal U19 team extend their second-innings lead past 150 against Goa in the Cooch Behar Trophy Elite match at the Bengal Cricket Academy, Kalyani on Wednesday.
Earlier, batting first, Bengal scored 325 in their first innings. In reply, Goa posted 352, thanks to Chigurupati Venkata (97).
For Bengal, Rohit Kumar Das (4-86), Rohit (2-85), Agastya Shukla (1-49), Shivam Bharati (1-58) were the pick of the bowlers.
Bengal, in their second innings, were 185/4 at stumps on the third and penultimate day, leading by 158 runs. Skipper Chandrahas, Atmaja Mondal (39), Abhiprai Biswas (34 not out) impressed with the bat.
