Bengal champions of Reliance G1 Women’s U-23 T20 meet

Bengal beat Gujarat by 5 wickets (VJD Method) in the summit clash in Ahmedabad on Friday to emerge champions of Reliance G1 Women’s Under-23 T20 Tournament.
Batting first, Gujarat reached 77/8 in 13.2 overs when rain stopped play. Sujata Dey (4-16) was brilliant with the ball for Bengal.
In reply, set a revised target of 66 in 12 overs, Bengal went over the line scoring 68/5 in 10.2 overs.
