Sayan, Rohit put Bengal on top in GCA-Reliance
U-19 multi-day final

A dominant bowling performance put Bengal in driver’s seat against Gujarat 1 in the final of the GCA-Reliance Men’s Under-19 All India Invitation (3-day) Tournament in Ahmedabad on Monday.
Batting first, Bengal posted a challenging 355 in their first innings, thanks to Aditya Roy (107), Agastya Shukla (61), Sayan Paul (55).
In reply, Gujarat 1 managed only 206/9 decl. Rohit (3-16) and Sayan Paul (3-26) were brilliant with the ball while Agastya and Ashutosh Kumar claimed one each for Bengal.
In their second innings, Bengal were 22 for no loss at stumps on the second and penultimate day with a commanding lead of 171 runs.
