In the CAB First Division Relegation Tournament First Round matches on Sunday, both the bowlers and batters dominated on Day 2.
In the first match, Karan Singh (5-33), Devkaran Singh (127) helped Dakshin Kalikata Sansad beat Indian Boys Athletic Club by 192 runs. Dakshin Kalikata Sansad scored 337/9. Indian Boys Athletic Club scored just 145.
In other matches, Faizanul Rehman (5-90), Saumya Pakray (4-74) and Aryan (172) helped Uttarpalli Milan Sangha beat Paikpara Sporting Club by 82 runs. Uttarpalli Milan Sangha scored 335. In reply, Paikpara Sporting Club scored 253.
Mohit Dedha (83), Faisal Alvi (69), Aniket Sharma (48) helped Tollygunge Agragami beat YMCA (College Branch) by 4 wickets. YMCA (College Branch) posted 290/9. In reply, Tollygunge Agragami scored 293/6. Shivam Dixit bagged 4 wickets.
Shresht Sagar (75), Sanjeev Goswami (73), Sayak Basu (67 not out) helped Police Athletic Club beat BNR Recreation Club by 6 wickets. BNR Recreation Club posted 258. In reply, Police Athletic Club scored 264/4.
