In the CAB First Division League Group C encounters on Tuesday, the batters dominated the bowlers on Day 2.
In the first match, Aditya Roy (128) and Ashwin Sharma (82) batted superbly as Rajasthan Club beat Dalhousie Athletic Club by 5 wickets. Dalhousie Athletic Club scored 304. Rajasthan Club scored 307/5.
In other matches, Sourav Dutta Jr (110) and Sourav Patra (75) helped Uttarpalli Milan Sangha beat Sporting Union by 6 wickets. Sporting Union posted 223. Uttarpalli Milan Sangha scored 226/4.
Parvej Alam (5-51), Sagar Sharma (3-27), Aakash Singh (113) helped Calcutta Port Trust Sports Club beat Monohar Pukur Milan Samity by 143 runs. Calcutta Port Trust Sports Club scored 308. Monohar Pukur Milan Samity scored 165.
Nabankur Ghosh (58), Amit Singh (50), Biplab Roy Chowdhury (47) helped Indian Boys Athletic Club beat Anandabazar Patrika Sports Club by 1 wicket. Anandabazar Patrika Sports Club scored 261. Indian Boys Athletic Club scored 264/9. Jitender Shaw bagged 4 wickets.
