star in Inter District U-18 two-day meet

In the Inter District Under-18 two-day league-cum-knockout tournament on Saturday, the bowlers dominated the batters.
In the first match, Rohan Saha (6-41) and Deb Sur (3-34) helped North 24-PGS DSA beat Uttar Dinajpur DSA by 143 runs. Archish Biswas (55), Akshit Pandey (53) helped North 24-PGS DSA post 272. In reply, Uttar Dinajpur DSA scored 130.
In other matches, Sk Rehan Ali (5-47) and Ramij Raja (4-73) helped South 24-PGS beat Murshidabad DSA by 32 runs. South 24-PGS scored 192. In reply, Murshidabad DSA scored 160.
Ankush Ghatak (3-30), Biru Hela (3-35), Rithik Patra (116) and Aditya Sarkar (111, 1-22) helped Chandernagore SA beat Bankura DSA by 244 runs. Chandernagore SA posted 376/9. In reply, Bankura DSA scored 132.
