Bengal Women's U23 continue winning run

Bengal Women's U23 team made it fourth win in a row after beating Tamil Nadu by 19 runs thanks to Tanushree Sarkar's all-round performance in Womens Cricket Under 23 T20 League And Knockout today.
Electing to bat first Bengal made 125/3 in their quota of overs as Prativa highest scored with a fluent 38 and later defended the total with disciplined bowling.
Bengal lost their two openers Ankita Chackraborty (14) and P Paul (4) early to get reduced to 26/2 in 5.4 overs.
Prativa and Sushmita Ganguly (28 not out) stiched a 72-run partnership while Tanushree aided with a quickfire 11-ball 21.
Tanushree put on a great display with the ball also taking 3 wickets leaking just 27 runs while Saika Ishaque grabbed 2 as Bengal restricted TN to 106/6 in 20 overs.
Bengal are now at second with 16 points from 4 matches while Gujarat top the Group D points table with same points from 5 matches.
