Wari win in one day

Wari Athletic was the only team to emerge victorious on the first day in total 6 matches played today as they defeated WB Police Sports Club by 6 wickets in CAB First Division League tournament (2 days).
Earlier Raashid Raja grabbed 3 wickets for Wari and the team chased down a 140-run target in just 33.4 overs to continue their winning run.
In another match Deepak Dhillon bowled the only over for Calcutta Port Trust and put them ahead of Tollygunge Agragami in the game by taking 2 wickets without leaking any runs in that over.
Earlier Port Trust rode on Rakesh Solanki (113) century along with Robin Nagar's patient 167-ball 85 to post 298 all out while Tollygunge bowlers Vikas Singh (5-110), Hertinder Gill (3-73) flourished with the ball before Deepak heroics handed Port the edge in the match.
Rajasthan Club need more 324 runs to win against Bhukailash Sporting at the end of the first day's play as the latter one posted a fighting 336 runs on the scoreboard losing all wickets thanks to Sanjib Sharma's (105) ton.
The match hangs in balance for both Aikya Sammilani and Dakshin Kalikata Sansad as Sansad's scoreboard read 7 for no loss at the stumps chasing a target of 260 runs while earlier B Shiva's registered a four-for.
Sayak Basu highest scored with a fluent 77-ball 64 to power YMCA to 396/8 while Sayan Mondal picked up 5 leaking 120 runs and another five-wicket taker of the day was Amitabh Kahar for United Club who need another 222 runs to win against Kedderpore Sporting Club.
