Fate of two matches were decided in just one day thanks to the bowlers from a total three CAB Second Division League matches started today.
Greer Sporting thrashed Calcutta University Institute by 9 wickets as they bundled the latter one out for a paltry 84 runs thanks to Divyanshu who picked up 4 for 24 and chased the target down easily in just 19.2 overs.
Amrit Upadhay (5-38) and Aditya Yadav (4-20) shared 9 wickets between them to power City Athletic to a 5-wicket victory over Calcutta Parsee Club who were bundled out for 121.
In thr other match WB Association of deaf bowler Ritam Kundu grabbed 6 for 61 runs to restrict Star Sporting Club to 179 all out while they ended the day on 92/3.
