Dominant Bengal colts thrash Mumbai

It took just 15.3 overs for the Bengal U-23 bowlers to get the job done and grab an outright win against Mumbai in a Col. C K Nayudu Trophy encounter at Eden Gardens today.
Starting the day from 78/3 rest of the Mumbai batsmen were bundled for only 90 runs at the end of the third day's play.
Kanishk Seth shone with another 5 wicket haul while Ananta Saha and Ritwik Roy Chowdhury picked up 2 wickets apiece to help Bengal grab 7 points.
Kanishk put on a great show in the match taking total 10 wickets for 122 runs along with a disciplined Bengal bowling attack to all out opponents for 168 runs.
Yashasvi Jaiswal highest scored for Mumbai scoring 75 off 64 balls but was later caught by Agniv Pan off Kanishk.
Earlier in the match 3 half-centuries by Subham Chatterjee (66), Sudip Kumar Gharami (66) and Akash Deep (62) helped Bengal post the fighting target of 324 all out with the highest partnership of 109-runs coming between Shubham and Akash.
The match was all about Bengal's dominance as all the Bengal colts flourished in all departments including fielding.
