On the occasion of The Cricket Association of Bengal’s 98th Foundation Day, CAB President Sourav Ganguly paid his respects by garlanding the bust of Dr B.C. Roy at the Eden Gardens on Tuesday, along with former CAB Presidents Snehasish Ganguly, Avishek Dalmiya, current CAB Hony Secretary Bablu Kolay, CAB Vice President Nitish Ranjan Dutta, CAB Joint Secretary Madan Mohan Ghosh, CAB Treasurer Sanjay Das.
Also present to pay respects were former CAB office bearers Amalendu Biswas, Prabir Chakrabarty, former Board of Trustee Chairman Gautam Dasgupta, Director of Defence Estates, Eastern Command, Kolkata, Saurav Ray, Bengal Ranji Trophy winning captain Sambaran Banerjee.
CAB Observers Committee chairman Srimanta Kumar Mallick, CAB Senior Tournament Committee Chairman Pradip Kumar Dey, CAB Grounds Committee chairman Amitava Addy, CAB Dumurjala Academy Chairman Debasish Ganguly, CAB Apex Council members Asis Chakraborty, Koushik Mukherjee, Joydeep Mukherjee, along with other CAB officials and members were also present.
