Bowlers put Bengal on top against Goa in Cooch Behar

A fine bowling effort helped Bengal U-19 team end Day 2 on top against Goa in the Cooch Behar Trophy Elite match at the Bengal Cricket Academy, Kalyani on Tuesday.
Batting first, Bengal scored 325 in their first innings. For Goa, Chigurupati Venkata bagged five wickets.
In reply, Goa were 201/6 at stumps on the second day, still trailing by 124 runs. Yash Kasvankar (39) top-scored for the visitors.
For Bengal, Rohit (2-48), Rohit Kumar Das (2-53), Agastya Shukla (1-29), Shivam Bharati (1-41) were the pick of the bowlers.
