Bengal down Chhattisgarh in CG Cup T20 Sr Women’s
Invitational meet

Bengal outclassed Chhattisgarh by nine wickets in the Chhattisgarh Cup T20 Senior Women’s Invitational tournament in Raipur on Saturday.
Batting first in the 16-overs-a-side match, Chhattisgarh scored 81/6 in the allotted overs. Titas Sadhu bagged two wickets while Monika Mal and Rupal Tiwari claimed one each for Bengal.
In reply, chasing a revised VJD target of 84 in 16 overs, Bengal scored 84/1 in 13.2 overs. Prativa Mandi (47) and Mita Paul (22 not out) were the star batters.
