Riya, Priyanka impress for Bengal in U-19 Women’s
Invitational T20 Tournament

Bengal A and Bengal B bagged easy victories in their respective matches in the OCA Under-19 Women’s Invitational T20 Tournament in Cuttack on Thursday.
In the first match, Riya Kumari Mahato (5-3) helped Bengal A beat Odisha A by 7 wickets. Batting first, Odisha A were bundled out for 41 in 17.4 overs. Diya Nandi, Suprithi Roy, Toriya Singh claimed on wicket each. In reply, Bengal A scored 42/3 in 9.3 overs. Ipsita Mondal top-scored with 19 runs.
In the second match, Priyanka Prasad (52), Priyanka Golder (29), Smriti Bar (2-6), Priti Mahato (2-8) helped Bengal B beat J&K by 49 runs. Batting first, Bengal B scored 113/4 in 20 overs. In reply, J&K were bundled out for 64 in 19.3 overs. Remondina Khatun, Shivanshi Tiwari and Priyanka claimed one wicket each.
