CAB felicitates umpires Ratan,
Rabi Shankar on farewell match

The Cricket Association of Bengal on Sunday felicitated CAB umpires Ratan Chowdhury and Rabi Shankar Chakraborty who retired from officiating duties after a service of over two decades.
The Junior Under-18 Invitational Tournament final between Amateur Cricket Club and Bantra Cricket Club at the JU, 2nd Campus Ground Salt Lake was the farewell match for the umpiring duo.
CAB congratulated and wished both the umpires the best for the future.
Present for the felicitation ceremony were CAB Vice President Mr Amalendu Biswas, CAB Tour, Fixture and Technical Committee Chairman Mr Sanjay Das, CAB Umpires Committee Chairman Mr Prosenjit Banerjee, CAB Observers Committee Chairman Mr Srimanta Kumar Mallick, CAB District Committee Chairman Mr Anjan Dasgupta, Mr Joydeep Mukherjee, Mr Tapan Auddy, Mr Ranjit Roy, Mr Koushik Mukherjee and a host of other CAB officials and members.
