Mukta (5-13), Ditsa (3-23), Anindita (37) impress
in Women’s Club League One-Day Qualifiers

In the CAB Women’s Club Cricket League One-Day Tournament qualifying matches on Sunday, the bowlers dominated the batters, displaying some outstanding performances.
In the first match, Mukta Roy (5-13) was superb with the ball as Amateur Cricket Club beat Victoria Sporting Club by 7 wickets. Victoria Sporting Club were bundled out for 81. Amateur Cricket Club scored 82/3.
In other matches, Ditsa Mahapatra (3-23), Ria Kanti (3-27), Shikha Sarkar (3-25) helped Salkia Friends Association beat Central Calcutta Sporting Club by 18 runs. Salkia Friends Association scored 156. Gargi Adhikary bagged 4 wickets. Central Calcutta Sporting Club scored 138.
Sanchita Adhikary, Priya Sahani, Antara Mandal bagged 2 wickets each while Anindita Nath (37 not out) impressed with the bat as YMCA (Coll Br) beat Ariadaha Sporting Club by 3 wickets. Ariadaha Sporting Club scored just 118. YMCA (Coll Br) scored 119/7.
Adrita Das, Srilekha Roy, Ashmita Das bagged 2 wickets each while Toria Singha Roy (23) impressed with the bat as Calcutta Police Club beat Gymkhana by 5 wickets. Gymkhana were bundled out for 52. Calcutta Police Club scored 56/5.
