Dyuti (73), Sasthi (2-22) help Bengal outclass Gujarat in Women’s U-23 One-Day

An outstanding all-round show powered Bengal to a two-wicket victory over Gujarat in the Women’s Under-23 One-Day Trophy in Chandigarh on Sunday.
Batting first, Gujarat posted 199/8 in 50 overs.
Sasthi Mondal (2-22), Rupal Tiwari (2-47) were impressive with the ball while Prativa Mandi, Sushmita Ganguly, Monika Mal and Priyanka Prasad bagged one wicket each.
In reply, Bengal went over the line scoring 202/8 in 46.3 overs. Dyuti Paul (73 not out), Dhara Gujjar (29), Hrishita Basu (22), Sasthi (21) were superb with the bat.
