Sudhanshu (8-60), Viraj (151), Debtanu (7-39) star in 1st Div League Two-Day meet

In the CAB First Division League two-day encounter on Friday, both the batters and bowlers impressed on Day 1.
In the first match, Sudhanshu Verma (8-60) helped Paikpara Sporting Club bowl out Ballygunge United Club for 190. Subham Singh scored 46. Paikpara Sporting Club scored 85/2.
In other matches, Viraj Krishna (151) helped Aryan Club post 353/6. Aikya Sammilani’s Rohit Dua (3-114) impressed.
Debtanu Baidya (7-39), Sanjeev Goswami (64) helped Police Athletic Club beat Kumartuli Institute by 7 wickets. Kumartuli Institute scored just 90. Police Athletic Club scored 92/3.
Swapnil Choudhary (4-25), Ayush Raj (3-38), Amit Kumar (44 not out) helped E.Rly.Sports Association beat Dakshin Kalikata Sansad by 6 wickets. Dakshin Kalikata Sansad scored 95. E.Rly.Sports Association scored 101/4.
Chandan Singh (43) helped Kolkata Union Sporting Club post 223. Ravi Yadav (4-55) and Narayan Rana (3-71) impressed. In reply, Shibpur Institute were 117/2 at stumps. Ankit Dane scored 48.
