Bengal bag second victory in Women’s U-23 T20 Trophy

A dominant all-round show helped Bengal outclass Goa by 6 wickets to bag their second victory in the Women’s Under-23 T20 Trophy on Wednesday.
After three matches, Bengal with two wins have 8 points in Group C.
Batting first, Goa scored only 84/9 in 20 overs. Piyali Ghosh (3-21), Sujata Dey (2-15) and Sushmita Ganguly (2-7) were superb with the ball for Bengal.
In reply, Bengal went over the line easily scoring 88/4 in 13.2 overs. Sneha Gupta (28), Sujata Dey (29), Priti Mondal (15 not out) impressed with the bat.
