Bengal go down to Railways in U-23 One-Day Trophy opener

Sumit Nag (73) and Rishabh Chaudhary (55) scored fighting half-centuries each but it was not enough as Bengal went down to Railways by 7 wickets in the opening match of the Men’s Under-23 State A One-Day Trophy on Sunday.
Put into bat, Bengal scored 223 in 49.3 overs, thanks to Sumit and Rishabh.
In reply, Railways chased the target down, scoring 227/3 in 45.3 overs. Jayant Lakhlan (75 not out) and Deepanshu Chaudhary (64 not out) were the pick of the batsmen.
