Md Kaif, Gani bag a wicket each for Bengal vs Punjab

Bengal bowlers Md Kaif and Aamir Gani bagged a wicket each, but Punjab were in a strong position at the end of Day 2 during a practice match at Mullanpur Stadium in Chandigarh on Friday.
Batting first, Sudip Chatterjee (51) and Avilin Ghosh (50) struck half-centuries each as Bengal scored 255 in their first innings.
In reply, Abhishek Sharma (134) and Anmolpreet Singh (104 not out) smashed centuries each as Punjab reached 297/2 at stumps on Day 2, with a lead of 42 runs.
