Sampad (136), Adrish (107), Sayan (7-43) star for
Midnapore Collegiate School in Dattu Phadkar U-15 meet

Sampad Jana (136) and Adrish Kumar Mandal (107) smashed brilliant centuries each while Sayan Bera (7-43) was superb with the ball as Midnapore Collegiate School beat Santipur Municipal HS by 230 runs in Round One of the Under-15 Dattu Phadkar league-cum-knockout tournament on Monday.
Batting first, Midnapore Collegiate School scored 347. In reply, Santipur Municipal HS were bundled out for 117.
In the second match, Pushpal Halder (3-10, 20) displayed a fine all-round show to help Kamrabad Uchcha Vidyalaya beat Rampurhut JL Vidyalaya by 9 wickets.
Batting first, Rampurhut JL Vidyalaya managed only 66/9 in 20 overs. In reply, Kamrabad Uchcha Vidyalaya chased it down scoring 69/1 in 9.2 overs.
