Bristi slams 81 as Mohun Bagan win in CAB Women's Club Cricket League T20 meet

Bristi Maji smashed a brilliant unbeaten 81 off 67 balls as Mohun Bagan defeated Rajasthan Club by 81 runs in the CAB Women’s Club Cricket T20 league-cum-knockout tournament on Monday. Batting first, Mohun Bagan posted 142/2 in 20 overs. In reply, Rajasthan Club were bundled out for just 61 in 17.5 overs. Rupa Dutta, Rupal Tiwari and Mehek Hossain bagged two wickets each.
In other matches, Snigdha Bag, Ankita Barman and Napisa Yasmin bagged three wickets each as East Bengal beat Wari Athletic Club by 48 runs. Batting first, East Bengal posted 124/7 in 20 overs. In reply, Wari Athletic Club were bundled out for 76 in 15 overs.
Piyali Ghosh (3-8), Jhumpa Roy (2-9) and Swastika Kundu (2-8) were impressive with the ball as Kalighat Club beat Bhawanipore Club by 6 wickets. Batting first, Bhawanipore Club were bundled out for 55 in 17 overs. In reply, Kalighat went over the line scoring 59/4 in 13.5 overs.
Aryan Club beat Town Club by 8 wickets. Batting first, Town Club managed only 63/7 in 20 overs. Pampa Sarkar bagged two wickets for Aryan Club. In reply, Aryan Club chased it down scoring 64/2 in 15.3 overs. Kashish Agarwal top-scored with 28.
