Wahid slams 114 as Police A.C win in JC Mukherjee T20 meet

Wahid Mahfooz scored a brilliant 114 off 63 balls while Abishek Mishra (3-23) was impressive with the ball as Police A.C beat YMCA (Coll Br) by 44 runs in the JC Mukherjee Memorial Trophy T20 tournament on Thursday.
In other matches, Amit Kumar scored a match-winning 108 while Tirthankar Bhandari bagged 3 for 40 as E.Rly.Sporting Association beat Rajasthan Club by 8 wickets. A brilliant 129 off 54 by Akshay Saini for Rajasthan Club went in vain.
Karan Lal (105, 2-19) helped Barisha Sporting Club beat Paikpara Sporting Club by 15 runs. Avinash Tiwari bagged 3 for 30.
Md Iqbal Umar bagged an impressive 6 for 35 while Mohit Roy (62) also chipped in with useful runs as Calcutta Custom Club beat Sporting Union by 48 runs. Sahityaa Hazra scored a fine 83 for Sporting Union.
Pradipta Pramanik (3-23), Deepak Kumar (2-15) and Uvais Ahmad (41) helped Bhawanipore Club beat Kumartuli Institute by 8 wickets.
Diganta Neogi (46), Avirup Gupta (45) and Ramesh Prasad (2-5) helped Tapan Memorial Club beat Shibpur Institute by 7 wickets.
Shreyansh Ghosh (37), Subham Chatterjee (32), Kaushik Maity (3-16) helped Kalighat Club beat Monohar Pukur Milan Samity by 7 wickets.
