Rahul slams 203 for Ballygunge United Club in CAB First Division Two-Day meet

Rahul Chowdhury smashed a superb 203 off 175 balls along with Subham Singh (72) as Ballygunge United posted 491/8 at stumps on Day 1 in the CAB First Division League Group B & C Two-Day league-cum-knockout tournament on Tuesday. For Police A.C, Anish Prasad and Shashank Purohit bagged three wickets each.
In other matches, Aniket Biswas scored a fine 110 while Ashutosh Kumar bagged 5 for 62 as Wari beat Indian Boys Athletic Club by 9 wickets.
Shivam Dixit (6-52) and Gaurav Kumar (81) helped YMCA (Coll Br) beat Netaji Subhas Institute by 5 wickets.
Saurabh Srivastav (3-11), Sonu Kr Singh (3-47) and Aditya Singh (37) helped Bhukailash Sporting Club beat Tollygunge Agragami by 2 wickets.
Swagato Gangopadhyay (84) and Sanjib Kumar Sharma (72) helped Ananda Bazar Patrika Sports Club post 294. For Sporting Union, Akhilesh Yadav bagged 5 for 109. In reply, Sporting Union were 6/1 at stumps.
Calcutta Police Club managed to post 232, thanks to Noman Manzoor (38) and Md Meraj Alam (36). For Monohar Pukur Milan Samity, Rahul Thakur bagged 4 for 38. In reply, Mohohar Pukur Milan Samity were 15/1 at stumps.
