Jayveer hits 150 for Jorabagan Club in CAB Second Division Two-Day meet

Jayveer Chaudhary smashed a superb 150 along with Shreyan Das (115) as Jorabagan Club managed to post 496/8 at stumps on Day 1 against Howrah Sporting Club in the CAB Second Division Two-Day league-cum-knockout tournament on Tuesday. Shreyom Nandi bagged three wickets.
In other matches, Ijaj Uddin (7-47) was superb with the ball as Greer Sporting Club beat YMCA (Chow) by 56 runs.
Rohan Rathi scored a brilliant 133 off 88 balls as Sahapur Sporting Club posted 297. Hrishav Sil and Ariyan Gowala bagged four wickets each. In reply, Calcutta University Institute were 66/8 at stumps.
Debangshu Pakhira scored a fine 117 along with Varun Agarwal (89) as Salkia Friends Association posted 353 at stumps. For Central Calcutta Sporting, Shaba Ahmad bagged 3 for 64.
Rupesh Paul (109 not out) and Samadrito Biswas (77) helped Baranagar Sporting Club post 367. Nayan Nandi bagged 3 for 122 for International Club.
Raman Singh (82) helped Star Sporting Club post 280. P Someswar Rao bagged 5 for 83. In reply, Vijay Sports Club were 21/1 at stumps.
Md Imtiaz Al (71) helped Victoria Sporting Club post 327. Joy Das and Supriyo Pal bagged three wickets each. In reply, Abasar were 20/2 at stumps.
Ariadaha Sporting Club were bowled out for 172. Prithibi Mandi bagged 5 for 35. In reply, Suburban Club were 76/1 at stumps.
Atanu Debnath (64) and Arghya Rakshit (59) helped Bengal Sporting Club post 241. Kunal Bose bagged 5 for 56. West Bengal Police Sports Club were 49/1 at stumps.
Subaib Shaikh (79 not out) helped Alipore Sporting Club post 284. Agastya Agarwal bagged 5 for 124. In reply, Calcutta Parsse Club were 30/1 at stumps.
