Bengal U-23 team goes down to Mumbai in Col C K Nayudu Trophy

Despite a superb bowling effort, Bengal Under-23 team went down to Mumbai by 175 runs on the second day in the Col C K Nayudu Trophy at the Wankhede Stadium on Monday.
After bowling out Mumbai for just 124 in their first innings, Bengal batters failed to capitalize on the opportunity and were skittled out for just 78.
Dilshad Khan (6-31) was superb with the ball for Bengal.
Bengal bowlers again put up a dominant show, bowling out Mumbai for another low score of 175 in their second innings.
This time, Vaibhav Yadav (6-61) was impressive with the ball for Bengal while Dilshad bagged 3 for 60.
Chasing 222 to win, Bengal batsmen crumbled once again and were bundled out for 46 in their second innings.
Mumbai's Atharva Ankolekar bagged 7 for 20.
