Debopratim bags 4 to put Bengal U-23 team on
top against Uttarakhand in Col C K Nayudu Trophy

A dominant performance by the bowlers helped Bengal Under-23 team bundle out Uttarakhand for just 129 in their first innings to remain in the driver’s seat at the end of the second day in the Col C K Nayudu Trophy at the 22 Yards, Salt Lake, on Monday.
Debopratim Halder (4-45), Vaibhav Yadav (2-10), R Vivek (2-37) and Rohit Kumar (2-35) were superb with the ball for Bengal.
At stumps on Day 2, Bengal have a healthy lead of 214 runs after the home team reached 169/5 in the second innings. Prayas Ray Barman top-scored with unbeaten 56.
Earlier, Bengal managed to post 174 in their first innings.
