Dipanshu hits 296 for Friends Athletic Club
in CAB Second Division Two-Day meet

Dipanshu Upadhyay smashed a brilliant 296 off 204 balls as Friends Athletic Club posted a mammoth 501/9 at stumps on Day 1 against WB Association of the Deaf in the CAB Second Division Two-Day league-cum-knockout tournament on Friday.
In other matches, Raghav Sharma (8-42) helped Satya Sandhi beat Calcutta University Institute by 3 wickets.
Sarit Dutta (7-41) helped South Suburban Club beat High Court Club by 9 wickets.
Harsh (5-19) helped George Telegraph beat Albert Sporting Club by 7 wickets.
Bijoy Ghosh (5-56) and Abhijeet Prasad (4-20) helped Aurora Athletic Association beat Behala Friends Union Club by 6 wickets.
Irshad Alam (4-35) helped Taltala Ekata Sangha beat Gymkhana by 8 wickets.
Abhijit Sen (93) helped Balak Sangha post 251. Subhadip Bhattacharjee bagged 4 for 71. In reply, National Athletic Club were 43/1 at stumps.
Abhishek Mitra (70) helped Uttarpalli Milan Sangha post 239. Krishnendu Guha bagged 4 for 88. In reply, Taltala Institute were 89/5 at stumps.
Koushik Guha (91) helped Cricket Club of Bhawanipore post 267 against Basdroni Young Bengal Sporting Association.
Ankit Burnwal (71) helped Abasar post 234. Sourav Dawn bagged 4 for 68. In reply, Burnpur Cricket Club were 93/1 at stumps.
