Alok slams 275 for George Telegraph in CAB Second Division Two-Day meet

Alok Sharma smashed a superb unbeaten 275 off 249 balls as George Telegraph posted a massive 494/9 at stumps on Day 1 against High Court Club in the CAB Second Division Two-Day league-cum-knockout tournament on Friday. Md. Imran bagged five wickets.
In other matches, Ajit Kumar Rajak (6-49) and Rahul Majumder (49) helped Taltala Institute beat Albert Sporting Club by 7 wickets.
Anup Kumar Barick (128) and Abhishek Mitra (126) helped Uttarpalli Milan Sangha score 477/8 at stumps against Balak Sangha. Aditya Kumar bagged four wickets.
Brahmjot Singh scored a fine 155 as Howrah Union posted 345. Supratim Saha bagged 5 for 68. In reply, Bantra Cricket Club were 11/1 at stumps.
Rajib Chakraborty (108 not out) and Saheb Ghosh (102) helped Cossipore Club post 351. In reply, Calcutta Rangers Club were 20/3 at stumps.
Subhash (105) and Souptik Biswas (89) helped Behala Friends Union post 390/9 at stumps against Basdroni Young Bengal Sporting Association at stumps. Prayas Ghoshal was the pick of the bowlers with 3 for 88.
Subhadip Bhattacharyya and Priya Brata Banik bagged four wickets each as National Athletic Club bundled out Measurers Club for 276. In reply, National Athletic Club were 8 for no loss at stumps.
Nazimuddin Sk (4-77) helped Excelsiors Club bowl out Taltala Ekata Sangha for 241. Soumyadeep Sharma scored a fine 59. In reply, Excelsiors Club were 100/3 at stumps. Rahul Roy remained unbeaten on 61.
Sk Sahil Murad Hossain scored a fine 100 along with Dibyendu (75) as Mohun Lal Club posted 342 against Cricket Club of Bhawanipore at stumps. Ranjan Saha bagged 5 for 73.
Dipayan Biswas (118) helped Narkeldanga Sir Gurudas Institute post 275. Aditya Dutta bagged 6 for 93. In reply, Bani Niketan Sporting Club were 9/1 at stumps.
