Amrit hits 250 for Bantra Cricket Club in CAB Second Division Two-Day meet

Amrit Nandy smashed a brilliant 250 off 183 balls along with Sagnik Dogra (122) as Bantra Cricket Club managed to post a massive 548/6 in the CAB Second Division Two-Day league-cum-knockout tournament on Tuesday. Rajib Chakraborty (5-175) was impressive with the ball. In reply, Cossipore Club were 12/1 at stumps on Day 1.
In other matches, Manish Kumar (8-35) was superb with the ball as Greer Sporting Club beat Ariadaha Sporting Club by 8 wickets.
Madhav Singh (100) helped Calcutta Rangers Club post 208/8. Dilip Singh bagged six wickets. In reply, Bani Niketan Sporting Club were 5 for no loss at stumps.
Ankit Singh (111) helped Alipore Sporting Club post 341 at stumps. Adrivit Das (5-102) was superb with the ball for City AC.
Md Imran Alam scored a fine 176 as Burnpur Cricket Club managed to post a massive 576/8 against WB Association of the Deaf. Nishan Singh bagged three wickets.
Sunny Yadav scored a fighting 90 to help Calcutta University Institute post 201. Kamalesh Mitra and Santanu Das baggd three wickets each. In reply, Calcutta Cricket Club were 123/5 at stumps.
Abasar managed to score 257, thanks to Shanu Qureshi (49). Abhimanyu Singh and Suraj Roy bagged three wickets each. In reply, Sahapur Sporting Club were 6/1 at stumps.
Sayantan Mondal (58) helped Narkeldanga Sir Gurudas Institute 244. Om Kumar Das bagged four wickets. In reply, Sarat Samity were 114/4 at stumps.
Kazi Md Safin (93) helped White Border post 461/8. Debangan Mondal (3-147) was superb with the ball for Howrah Union.
Ankit Saroj (5-41) was superb with the ball as Bata Sporting Club beat Amature C.C by 7 wickets.
