Ashutosh hits 101 as Bengal U-16 reach 365/4 against Haryana in Vijay Merchant Trophy

Ashutosh Kumar led from the front with a fine 101 off 152 balls as Bengal Under-16 team managed to post 365/4 in their first innings at stumps on Day 2 against Haryana in the Vijay Merchant Trophy clash in Surat on Friday.
Besides Ashutosh, Ankit Chatterjee (93) and Abhiprai Biswas (93 not out) impressed with the bat as Bengal were 173 runs ahead at the end of the second day.
Earlier, Bengal bundled out Haryana for just 192 in their first innings on Day 1.
