Soummyadip bags 6 as Town Club bowl out

Soummyadip Mandal (6-18) was superb with the ball as Town Club bundled out Mohun Bagan for just 146 in their first innings on Day 1 in the CAB First Division League Group A match on Friday.
For Mohun Bagan, Avilin Ghosh top-scored with 53 runs. Besides Soummyadip, Geet Puri and Md Kaif bagged two wickets each. In reply, Town Club were 3 for no loss at stumps on the opening day.
In other matches, Debopratim Halder (6-33) was impressive with the ball as Barisha Sporting Club bowled out Tapan Memorial Club for 135 in their first innings. Ayush Das top-scored with 41 runs for Tapan Memorial. Besides Debopratim, Poonish Mehta and Ankit Mishra bagged two wickets each. In reply, Barisha Sporting Club were struggling at 82/5 at stumps. Rishabh Vivek bagged three wickets.
Kalighat Club managed to reach 165/1 at stumps in their first innings against East Bengal Club. Shreyansh Ghosh (71 not out), Abhishek Raman (51) and Kaushik Ghosh (31 not out) were impressive with the bat for Kalighat.
