Sachin bags 4 as Bengal U-16 takes first innings lead
after draw vs Saurashtra in Vijay Merchant Trophy

Sachin Yadav (4-56) was impressive with the ball as Bengal Under-16 took first innings lead after their Vijay Merchant Trophy clash against Saurashtra ended in a draw in Surat on Monday.
At stumps on the third and final day, Saurashtra, after following on, in their second innings were 204/9. Rudra Lakhana scored a fine unbeaten 114 for Saurashtra.
Earlier, Saurashtra were bowled out for 250 in their first innings. In reply, Bengal went past their score, posting 462/6 to gain first innings lead.
For Bengal, Ankit Chatterjee (188), Abhiprai Biswas (108), skipper Ashutosh Kumar (67) and Ayush Ghosh (60 not out) impressed with the bat.
