Aniket hits fighting 90 for Bengal U-19 against Jharkhand in Cooch Behar Trophy

On a day when most of the Bengal Under-19 batsmen found the going tough, Aniket Biswas smashed a fighting 90 off 124 balls to help team post 162 in their first innings against Jharkhand in the Cooch Behar Trophy match on Friday.
Batting first, Bengal batters were put to a tough test against a quality Jharkhand bowling line-up.
Despite Bengal losing wickets at regular intervals one end, Aniket held fort at other to score some crucial runs for his side.
Bengal were bowled out in 58.1 overs.
For Jharkhand, Abhishek was the pick of the bowlers bagging five wickets.
In reply, Jharkhand were 32/1 at stumps on Day 1.
Yudhajit Guha bagged the only wicket for Bengal.
