Bengal U-16 post 320 against MP in Vijay Merchant Trophy

Bengal Under-16 team managed to post 320 in their first innings while Madhya Pradesh responded strongly scoring 168 for no loss at stumps on Day 2 in the Vijay Merchant Trophy clash in Surat on Thursday.
Resuming the day from overnight score of 243/4, the pair of Ashutosh Kumar (52) and Abhiprai Biswas (32) didn’t last long.
MP bowlers were clinical in the morning session, bagging wickets at regular intervals to bowl out Bengal in 139.4 overs.
Yuvraj Singh Kansana was the pick of the MP bowlers bagging four wickets.
In reply, MP responded well with the bat to pile on some handy runs at the end of the second day, thanks to skipper Yashbardhan Singh (93 not out) and Aryan Kushwah (69 not out).
