Bengal U-16 outclass Hyderabad by 167 runs in Vijay Merchant Trophy

Bengal Under-16 team displayed a superb all-round show to outclass Hyderabad by 167 runs in the Vijay Merchant Trophy clash in Surat on Sunday.
Earlier, after posting 186 in their first innings, Bengal bundled out Hyderabad for just 138, thus gaining a vital lead.
Bengal, in their second innings, managed to score 200/5 decl to hand a tough target to Hyderabad. Ankit Chatterjee (78) and skipper Ashutosh Kumar (60) were excellent with the bat.
Chasing the target, Hyderabad were bundled out for just 81 in 47.2 overs.
Avradip Biswas (4-23), Dhanvin Nimavat (3-29), Shivam Bharati (2-11) and Ayush Ghosh (1-6) were impressive with the ball for Bengal.
