Devendra slams 119 as Netaji Subhas Institute win in CAB 1st Div One-Day Meet

Devendra Singh smashed a superb 119 off 115 balls as Netaji Subhas Institute beat Calcutta Police Club by 144 runs in the CAB First Division One-Day League-cum-Knockout tournament on Thursday. Dipanjan Mukherjee scored a fine 74 while Jayant Kumar Singh bagged three wickets.
In other matches, Subham Sarkar (6-12) and Uvais Ahmad (55) helped Bhawanipore Club beat Calcutta Port Trust by 8 wickets.
Arun Kalia (65), Ganoranjan Kapat (3-9), Bapi Manna (3-31) helped Aryan Club beat Aikya Sammilani by 47 runs.
Saurabh Singh (94), Suraj Sindhu Jaiswal (2-34) helped Calcutta Customs Club beat Indian Boys Athletic Club by 30 runs. Soumya Basak scored a fine 58 while Biplab roychowdhury bagged three wickets.
Abhishek Banerjee (76), Shuvam Dey (58), Akhil (3-26) helped Kidderpore Sporting Club beat Kumartuli Institute by 7 wickets.
Akash Sarkar (74), Rishabh Rajput (3-22), Sandeep Tomar (3-18) helped Town Club beat YMCA (Coll Br) by 19 runs.
Argha Sengupta (4-25) helped BNR Recreation Club beat Ananda Bazar Patrika Sports Club by 7 wickets.
Rahul Thakur (79, 2-38) helped Monohar Pukur Milan Samity beat Dakshin Kolkata Sansad by 2 wickets. Sourav K Gouda scored a fine 79.
