East Bengal, Bhawanipore Club & Town Club enter semifinals of J C Mukherjee T20 meet

East Bengal Club, Bhawanipore Club and Town Club entered the semifinals of the J C Mukherjee T20 league cum knockout tournament after registering easy victories in their respective quarterfinal matches on Monday.
In the first quarterfinal match, Jesal Karia (4-6) and Vishal Gaur (3-20) helped Bhawanipore Club beat YMCA (College Brunch) by 6 wickets.
In other matches, Sayan Shekhar Mandal (46) and Ishan Porel (3-33) helped East Bengal Club beat Barisha Sporting Club by 18 runs.
Town Club beat Tapan Memorial Club by virtue of spin of coin after the match was abandoned.
