Mainland Sambaran C.A post 242/5 on Day 1 in CAB Jr U-15 final

Mainland Sambaran Cricket Academy managed to post 242/5 in 59 overs against Raipur Cricket Club as rain forced early stumps on Day 1 in the final of CAB Junior Under-15 knockout tournament on Friday.
Opting to bat, Mainland Sambaran C.A lost opener Lagan Kapoor (0) early, but Agniswar Das (33) and Rajesh Mondal (24) held the innings firmly.
Later on, Ayush Ghosh (79 not out), Soham Misra (46) and Imran Hossain (31 not out) helped the team reach a respectable total before rain stopped play.
Avinaba Mondal bagged two wickets.
