Ballygunge Sporting Association enter Quarterfinal of 2nd Div One-Day meet

Ballygunge Sporting Association beat Sarat Samity by 5 wickets in the pre-quarterfinal match to enter the last-eight stage of the CAB 2nd Division One-Day league cum knockout tournament on Wednesday.
Batting first, Laxman Prasad Gupta (101) helped Sarat Samity post 285/7 in 49 overs.
In reply, Ballygunge Sporting Association, who were set a target of 229 runs in 40 overs, chased it down, scoring 229/5 in 38.3 overs, thanks to Suraj Mondal (72).
