Netaji Subhas Institute & Barisha Sporting enter quarterfinals of J C Mukherjee T20 meet

Netaji Subhas Institute and Barisha Sporting Club registered comfortable victories in their respective pre-quarterfinals matches to make their way into the last-eight stage of the J C Mukherjee T20 league cum knockout tournament on Saturday.
In the first match, Netaji Subhas Institute beat Mohammedan Sporting Club by 2 wickets. Md Saif and Dipanjan Mukherjee bagged three wickets each for Netaji Subhas Institute while Akash Biswas (6-7) was superb with the ball for Md. Sporting.
In the second match, Agniv Pan (47) and Kanisk Seth (3-24) helped Barisha Sporting Club beat Kidderpore Sporting Club by 4 wickets. Arun Chaprana scored a fine 51 for Kidderpore.
