Howrah Sporting Club beat Jorabagan Club in 2nd Div Pre-Quarterfinal clash

Howrah Sporting Club defeated Jorabagan Club by 8 runs in the pre-quarterfinals of the CAB Second Division two-day league cum knockout tournament on Saturday.
Batting first, Ankur Sarkar (74 not out) helped Howrah Sporting Club post 268/9. Abhijeet Prasad (7-110) was superb with the ball for Jorabagan Club.
In reply, despite a fine 88 by Arijit Seal, Jorabagan Club fell short of the target and were bowled out for 260. Vishal Shaw and Sk Imanul Alam bagged four wickets each.
