Prayas hits 105 as Young Bengal Sporting Association win in 2nd Div meet Round 1

Prayas Ghoshal scored a superb unbeaten 105 as Young Bengal Sporting Association beat Gymkhana by 1 wicket in the Round 1 of the CAB Second Division two-day league cum knockout tournament on Monday. Batting first, Gymkhana posted 252. In reply, Young Bengal Sporting Association chased it down, scoring 255/9.
In the second match, Howrah Sporting Union beat Baranagar Sporting Club by 6 wickets. Batting first, Baranagar Sporting Club posted 209. In reply, Swapnil Das (79 not out) helped Howrah Sporting Club chase down the target, scoring 211/4.
