Burdwan University managed to reach 76/3 in 27 overs as rain forced early stumps on Day 1 against Rabindra Bharati University in the final clash of the Ajoy Ghosh Memorial meet on Wednesday.
Abhro Das top-scored with 32 runs. Aryan Singh (20 not out) and Md Hasibul Molla (2 not out) remained unbeaten at stumps.
Agnibesh Gupta and Iman Dutta bagged one wicket each.
