Bhawanipore Club defeated Ballygunge United Club by 70 runs in the J C Mukherjee T20 league cum knockout Trophy on Sunday.
Batting first, Abhishek Das scored a fine 69 to help Bhawanipore Club post 173/4 in 20 overs.
In reply, Ballygunge United Club fell short of the target, managing only 103/8 in 20 overs. Jesal Karia bagged two wickets for Bhawanipore.
