Team Blue & Team Orange win in Women’s One-Day meet

Team Blue and Team Orange registered comfortable victories in their respective matches in the CAB Women’s One-Day league cum knockout tournament on Sunday.
In the day’s first match, Team Blue defeated Team Pink by 90 runs. Jhumia Khatun scored a fine 90 to help Team Blue post 227/9 in 48 overs. In reply, Team Pink were bowled out for 137, thanks to Priyanka Prasad (3-29).
In the second match, Team Orange beat Team Magenta by 128 runs. Sansthita Biswas (60) helped Team Orange post 282/8 in 48 overs. In reply, Team Magenta were bundled out for just 154. Mamani Roy bagged four wickets while Samayita Adhikari clinched three.
