Team Red & Team Grey win in Women’s One-Day meet

Team Red and Team Grey registered comfortable victories in their respective matches in the CAB Women’s One-Day league cum knockout tournament on Saturday.
In the day’s first match, Team Grey defeated Team Maroon by 5 wickets. Batting first, Team Maroon were bundled out for 84 in 38.4 overs. Payal Vakharia bagged three wickets. In reply, Preeti Mandal (48) helped Team Grey chase it down, scoring 88/5 in 25.1 overs. Mouli Mondal bagged three wickets.
In the second match, Team Red beat Team Green by 7 wickets. Batting first, Team Green were bowled out for 163 in 43.3 overs. Manika Mal bagged three wickets. In reply, Kashish Agarwal (80 not out) helped Team Red chase the target down, scoring 167/3 in 33.2 overs.
