Team Red & Team Grey win in Women’s One-Day meet

Team Red and Team Grey registered comfortable victories in their respective matches in the CAB Women’s One-Day league cum knockout tournament on Thursday.
In the day’s first match, Kashish Agarwal scored a fine 101 as Team Red beat Team Pink by 70 runs. Batting first, Team Red posted 319/6 in 43 overs. In reply, despite a fine 93 by Sujata Dey, Team Pink fell short of the target scoring just 249/7 in 45 overs. Trishita Sarkar bagged three wickets.
In the second match, Prativa Rana (3-31) helped Team Grey beat Team Magenta by 6 wickets. Batting first, Team Magenta posted 174/7. In reply, Team Grey chased it down, scoring 175/4. Zoya Laskar bagged two wickets.
